I can extend the time for one more hour and then I have to move the car. Hopefully I&#8217;ll find a space near by as I don&#8217;t think baby will be out by then. Tower Hamlets council must love people like me. <\/p>\n<p>If I move to Whites Row I have to pay the congestion charge.
